CharStudio Terms of Use

Welcome to the games and services operated by CharStudio OÜ (“CharStudio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our games, websites, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, games, graphics, logos, and software are owned by CharStudio OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

“Christmas Sweeper®” is a registered trademark of CharStudio OÜ. All related names, logos, and game titles are protected by applicable trademark laws.

All games published or operated by CharStudio OÜ are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Acquired and Licensed Content

CharStudio OÜ may acquire, publish, or operate games and related content originally developed by third parties. All such content is operated under rights lawfully obtained by CharStudio OÜ.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Use cheats, bots, or exploits

  • Interfere with the Services

7. User-Generated Content

Users may create or submit content (e.g., usernames, messages, or other materials).

By submitting content, you grant CharStudio OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

8. Virtual Goods and Purchases

The Services may include virtual items, currency, or paid content.

  • All virtual items have no real-world value

  • Virtual items are non-transferable

  • All purchases are final, except as required by law or platform policies

CharStudio OÜ reserves the right to modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or behavior harmful to the Services or other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharStudio OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

In connection with the acquisition of certain games, user data may be transferred and processed in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia.
